What if I can't find an appointment time?
“My schedule is always open 3 months at a time. For example, in May you can book appointments for May, June and July. On the first Tuesday of each month, a new month opens up (so in June, August will open), and this pattern continues all year. If you don’t see a time that works, please keep checking back and feel free to add yourself to my waitlist.
I will only take kids with curly hair. These services take as long or longer than any other curl service so the price is the same.
You know your child best so please only bring kids that will sit still and not disturb other stylist or clients.
If you feel like a virtual appointment would be better for help in health and style of hair we can definitely get that set up.
Do I work with kids?
I currently work with curly children who are able to sit still and follow directions so that I can give them the best possible result without disrupting other guests or stylists. At this time I do not offer separate children’s pricing; all services are charged at my standard rates. If your child isn’t quite ready for an in‑person visit, a virtual appointment is available to help you learn how to care for and style their curls at home.”
What kind of hair do I work with?
I work with any type of hair. I have clients that vary from pixie short straight & fine hair to thick, long & very curly.
What to know about your appointment
The salon "The Guest House" is an older white colored home that's been converted to a salon. Parking is located behind the Salon. Its the blacktop driveway on the left side of the salon. Parking can be crazy so don't hesitate to park in the grass. From our parking lot our entry is on the left side of the house. Please just come in and make yourself comfy and I will be with you as soon as I finish the current client.
You should always come with clean hair for color services and freshly washed and styled for Curly Hair services. Light product use is fine.
As a small business I prefer cash but cards are still welcomed. If you have questions on pricing please reach out.
